By using the Rowhana.com web site, a service of Dreamartist Films, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. Please review these terms once a month.

1. When you register at our website, you will be on our email list. You may optout anytime through links at the bottom of every email.
   
2. If you report our emails as spam before opting out through links found at the bottom of every email, we may cancel your account on our website without notice.
3. You should use this web site in good faith. You agree not to harass, offend, insult or conduct yourself in any inappropriate manner.
4. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Rowhana.com service.
5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Rowhana.com service for any reason at any time.
6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
7. We do not offer partial or full refunds for any reason.
8. If you are not satisfied with the service you may cancel at anytime through your Paypal account or by sending us an email telling us that you would like us to cancel your account. You will not be charged for recurring months following the next billing date after your cancellation.
9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
10. We go through great lengths to protect your privacy, but it's your responsibility to keep your data private. For your protection, passwords are not stored in the database in a way that they are retrievable. You will be asked to change your password if you forget it.
11. We reserve the right to display your rental history, saved movies, saved Rowhana buddy list and reviews to other members of the site. This is to create a social environment on our site.
12. Your profile and website activity is public and may appear in search engines.
13. We cannot be held liable for incorrect movies that are shipped due to a gliche in the application. Please notify us and we'll glady ship the correct dvd.
14. Information posted regarding a film may not always be accurate, including whether a film is subtitled or not. If a movie does not fulfill your needs please return it as soon as possible to receive another film on your rental list.
15. In the event a movie in your rental queue is unavailable we will ship out an available movie from your saved list.
16. We cannot be held liable for delays in shipment that occur by the USPS.
17. Once we receive your previous title, be advised that next in line movies may be shipped from 1-3 days later.
18. We cannot be held liable for DVD's that arrive faulty. If a movie does arrive faulty please notify us through the rentals page and return it as soon as possible to receive another film on your rental list.
19. To protect your privacy and prevent spammers your ip address is collected as you interact with the web site.
20. We cannot offer partial refunds. If you request a cancelation in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will discontinue after that billing cycle and you will not be charged anything on your next billing cycle thereof. You must return all dvd's before the end of that billing cycle so you do not incur any more charges. If you decide to keep the movies beyond the end of your billing cycle after requesting a cancellation, you may be charged 19.99 per dvd and you will be entitled to keep those dvd's forever.
21. You will receive a free all expenses paid 6 month membership to the 1 dvd out at a time if four members sign up and activate their accounts based on your referral email.
